MN Business Centres at Synergy Square 1 and Synergy Square 3 provide premium business facilities, such as a fully equipped 240-seat training room, with built-in video conferencing facilities.
MN Park hosts events for tenant engagement to to foster relationships between tenant companies and facilitate networking and further development of the cluster.
A shuttle service is available to all employees at MN Park, to and from Genome Valley, via the ‘Easy Commute’ app that allows easy bookings and cashless transactions.
Tenants can make use of ‘Connect & Heal’, a multi-speciality clinic and diagnostic service available at MN Park, Synergy Square 1. A dedicated General Physician and a specialist doctor are available at the clinic throughout office hours.
At Café Valley in Synergy Square 1, MN Park offers excellent multi-cuisine dining options.
Umbrella Food Court, a mobile, live cooking food truck provides breakfast and snacks.
Grocery delivery services, facilitated by e-grocery BigBasket, are available to all employees of MN Park tenant companies.

MN Park, Synergy Square 3 features a multi-purpose gym with state-of-the-art equipment and excellent trainers.
ATM services are available for HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and SBI. HDFC bank has a full-fledged branch at MN Park, Synergy Square 1.
Genome Valley is equipped with a fully functional fire station which has a full sized fire-fighting vehicle and two permanent fire fighters. It is the only pharma cluster in the city to have a dedicated fire station
A 20 km elevated road, ‘Skyway’, is proposed to connect Genome Valley and Jubilee bus stand in central Hyderabad. Once complete, travel time to and from Hyderabad city centre will be reduced to just 25 mins.
Industrial Area Local Authority (IALA)
An IALA for industrial parks policy was implemented in Genome Valley in 2018. Genome Valley’s IALA status ensures the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) maintains civic amenities and infrastructure across Genome Valley.
